The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room. In the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a sofa bed and 2 extra beds. Outside the apartment there are also grocery stores
