Unique location on the water - and plenty of room for 6 people - not least because of the separate room (annex) with en-suite bathroom. The house is an old wooden house that we have renovated, so do not expect a state of the art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and an imaginative location - this is the one for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

Lovely bright apartment located centrally in Køge, which is about 20 minutes walk to Køge square and 2.5 km to the beach. The home is located in a child's friendly area away from various major roads and with its own playground. The home is furnished with fully functional Kitchen, living room with dining spaces and exit to a small balcony. 1 bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom I use as an office on a daily basis with a sofa bed which is 120 when it is folded out. Bathroom with bath and washer + dryer.

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
