Monthly Rentals in Koggenland

We enjoyed the stay 100%! Serge is the perfect host, accommodating, but always reserved, polite, friendly, helpful - we were just fulfilled every wish and nothing was missing in this luxurious, absolutely thoughtful place. High-quality appliances in the top equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, baking paper, aluminum& plastic wrap, etc.), cozy sofa & toilet, nice bathroom, it was nice and warm (in cool April). We were able to wash our laundry and also let it dry in the dryer. In front of the windows were screens, good blackout curtains in the bedroom and nice screen during the day. You can park right in front of the property in a large parking lot, the car is always in view from the living room & kitchen. We will be back! We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and even better than the pictures. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We were very excited about the yard, the garden and the apartment. There are so many beautiful details that you would need many days to discover everyone. Everything was so creative and cozy, you can tell that a lot of work, passion and love is in things. We also liked the animals very much.... We had a very warm welcome and lots of great tips for excursions - just because we were also traveling with dogs, it was wonderful that they could also have their fun and we could take them everywhere...we had a nice time and filled them well! Thanks to Patries and Mike and their animals!!

Ellen is very kind, quickly answered all our doubts and was always on the lookout for us. Great place to go with children, they have room to play in the garden, there are even some toys. The location is ideal to visit Amsterdam, Edam, Alkmaar, the mills of Zanse Schaan... The house is very clean and very welcoming, easily accessible and parking at the gate. It has everything you need: oven, kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker and coffee, kettle, towels, rags... we would repeat without a doubt!!!
