Villa holiday rentals in Koksijde

We really enjoyed our stay in De Haan with our three children. A charming house, beautifully furnished, very well located, with lots to do in De Haan and the area, even when the weather is rainy and stormy, as it was during our stay :-). We would love to come back. Caroline was really reactive and also flexible regarding our departure time, which was particularly appreciated. You need to know that you will need to bring your bed, bathroom and kitchen linen and towels. As long as you are fine with this extra effort, we found this to be a perfect rental for a holiday.

Matthieu's house is very nice. The location to the beach and dunes (2 min walk) is just great. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The garden was great for the children to play. There were even beach toys in the garage:-) Highly recommended for families. Communication with Matthieu was easy and always very friendly. Thanks for the pleasant time in your house, Matthieu!

We had a great weekend. No complaints

The house is very cozy and fully complies with the description. The beach is within minutes walking, and the restaurants and shops take a little longer, which doesn't matter in dry weather, as you can get over the beach promenade. Rudi was an excellent host who was reliably responsive to requests. There were two of us and would love to come again. Michael

Thierry is a great host! We had an amazing stay in Koksijde! The house is fully equipped with everything you need and even more (our highlits were the sitting areas in the livingroom and outside, the sunshades, the kitchen facilities, the private sinks in all the bedrooms and the ping-pong table!). The house is located in a lovely, quiet neigbourhood. The habitants are very friendly. You can reach the beach, the store, the bakery and the tram all within 10min (on foot). Also the Delvaux museum is right aournd the corner. Couldn't be better! I think this place is super family friendly, but also great for all ages! The communication with Thierry was super pleasant, he always answered very fast with all the information we needed. Definitifly a place to be!

Was a great welcome. Very clean and everything was present. Shop next door. For the kids plopsaland 5 minutes walk. Should also check in earlier from Pieter. Will definitely come back really recommended for young and old. Top location.

Although we didn't meet Jonathan in person, we felt 100% well taken care of by him. Quick answers to our questions , quick help with small issues, and very emphatic. Thank you! The house is very spacious and very good to live with children.

This is a wonderful spot - spacious, clean and cozy with touches that give a modern, eclectic feel. The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds and linens comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone; the wood fire was greatly appreciated. Mareen was an excellent host, friendly and responsive. The fresh flowers, fruit and wine to welcome us were thoughtful. Mareen has done an excellent job creating a welcoming home. We would be very happy to return - highly recommended.

Very nice stay with 14 friends!

Arrival and check-in were a bit difficult because they hadn't seen the reservation coming in. We can't go back until the evening to check in. Joery immediately apologized and also immediately had one night fee refunded + we were also allowed to stay longer. The house and the location are recommended. The children could play carefree in the garden (which is huge), and the beach is almost literally across the street. If I still have to be in the Panne, I'll rent it again. Joël

We had a great stay. The property is just 200 meters from the beach and thus has an excellent location. The place was exactly as shown on the pictures. Everything was clean and nothing was lacking. The communication with Karin was always very friendly and always accommodating. We highly recommend the villa!

The house is very well located, the pool is very nice and the house friendly. The little less is that we would have liked to have a small kitchen, salt, pepper, oil etc for cooking.
