Here we found our perfect retreat at the North Sea and designed it in such a way that we can enjoy the nature, the tranquility and the expanse here without having to forego the comfortable joys of modern living... Architecture to feel good!

Small canal house - Simmerdeis on the canal

The view from the living room of the canal is unique. You can watch water birds and let your thoughts drift. The apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor is spacious. Life takes place in the eat-in kitchen and you can relax in two bedrooms (with smart TV). The bedroom with balcony is on the level of the eat-in kitchen and bathroom, the second bedroom can be reached via the spiral staircase on the second floor. Canoe, kayaks and SUPs are free of charge. Children ages 8 and up.

Altstadthus - listed house with garden

Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

Vacation home Ina - Wasserkoog - North Sea

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

Apartment in a rural setting

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. End the day with a view of a unique sunset. Explore the area on extended bike tours or cool off in the natural swimming area 350 meters away. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. We cordially invite you to our high-quality, ground-level apartment "Storchennest" in Friedrichstadt, the tranquil Dutch town between Eider and Treene. On approx. 65 square meters in the middle of the old town you will find pure peace and relaxation, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Germany's North Sea coast. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a nice garden.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. In addition to a filter coffee machine, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)
