House in a quiet neighborhood, near a forest lake

The house is located at the end of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, ketch center, ball and basketball court. On the property is a lovely garden with sunny corners, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, children's area with sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside, there is a bright kitchen-living room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms - 2 small and one slightly larger. The largest room has a double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones have beds of 120 cm and 140 cm respectively. In the living room is a futon mattress of 140 cm.

The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet and bath, a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, oven and front yard. Small townhouse with private entrance and terrace, located in the oldest street in Aabenraa, Slotsgade. The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.
