Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kolín District

It was a pleasure to stay there, nice place to stay with my dog.

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the clever cottage down to the smallest details, the absolute balm for my soul, and the soul of my friends, we were absolutely captivated. Beautiful, clean, harmonious, peace and quiet inside and in the backyard. The landlord and the manager are kind and communicative. We had a really great stay. Everything as described. The house is old, which you have to consider when booking. But it is fantastically located on a beautiful lake, with beautiful meadow to play. Everything you need, such as bathroom, shower, toilet works. We were there in the middle of winter and the heating and fireplaces provided homely warmth.

Great for a short holiday. Hosts were friendly and nice. The bedrooms were super clean as well as the kitchen, underwear and towels. The terrace could be cleaner. Outside by the pool there was only a small light. Supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. In general, it was a very good stay. In the last day the oven didn't work, then they even baked our pizzas in your kitchen for us. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this chalet near Stříbrná Skalice! The location is perfect for discovering all the surrounding places where the game Kingdom Come is set. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed evenings by the grill. The hot tub with a view was the cherry on top — such a great way to relax after exploring the surroundings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

The room is clean, well furnished and in a good location. It is very close to the supermarket and other facilities in the town.In addition, the host is very friendly. They helped us solve some problems.

The apartment is far nicer in person than the photos show. It’s a really lovely space and a great location for our visit. Highly recommend.

This is not the first time I've stayed with my family in this place. The host is welcoming, always ready to help with any questions about their place. The place is in a good location with all the necessary infrastructure quite close. The place is quite comfortable and clean. Thank you to the host. Would recommend.

AWESOME AirBnB. Loved Vincent’s place. Felt like we were in a medieval castle. Right next to a bar but you can’t hear any noise and we didn’t come across anyone. Very nice touches throughout and plenty of tourist guidance provided by Vincent through pamphlets and other information. No washer but that was already specified. I washed by hand and clothes dried when hung up to dry. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to inclement weather. So sorry to leave this wonderful place.

Very lovingly designed accommodation with everything you need for a stay. It's very quiet and close to downtown. Shops, restaurants and a bus stop are nearby.

The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We felt at home there. Very kind, responsive. We can't fault anything. Recommended.

Very nice place to stay. The apartment is furnished purposefully and yet cozy. What I would highlight is the communication with the owner/co-host - they were very quick to respond in a kind, welcoming spirit. The accommodation is located halfway between the main station and the center of Kutna Hora. Shops are literally next to the house, you will get to the center 2 km, but we were counting on it. The neighbourhood was quiet in the evening. We'd love to stay here again next time.

The stay was great, the host responds almost immediately, nothing was a problem, including another parking tent. The host was wondering if everything was to our liking. I can only recommend.
