Apartment is located on the ground floor in the House with 4 apartments in total, on the Island "Kolocep", or as locals call it "Kalamota". The island is traffic free which makes it peaceful and quiet. House is only 30 min away by boat from city of Dubrovnik, in an isolated bay, with a small pier and a beach only 20 steps away. New addition this season is AC in the ground floor apartments as well (Kalamota3&4).
