It has an area of 40 sqm, with separate bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Its private terrace is 80 sqm and offers unrestricted views of the sea and the village. Due to its privileged position, it operated in the 1950s as a "kafeneio" and the stone hearth in which the coffee of the villagers was roasted is still preserved.
