Apartment is in the peaceful area on the third, top floor of an old stone house right at the seafront. It boasts with a view all over Komiža bay. It is within a 5min walk from the promenade, just above the beach and three excellent restaurants. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, AC, ceiling fan in bedroom and wi-fi. The possibility of using a double seated kayak comes with renting the apartment.

The apartment offers a peaceful accommodation because it is situated a little above the vibrant village, it's noisy beaches, noise of open-air parties, restaurants and yachts in the harbour(only 10 min walking to the centre and 5min to the first beach). The advantage of such a position is unique panoramic view both from the apartment itself and from it's spacious terrace. It is a stone house with apartments situated on the sea front, close to the beaches and the town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. We had a few complaints abt noise from outside, and we change all windows in house . It's okay now.
