We liked the place very much. Davor and his wife were nice and accommodating hosts. Davor was always quick to reach for any questions. We were very pleased with the "welcome basket." The location is quiet and the pool was great. The barbecue and outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. A car is needed for activities in the area. We enjoyed the time there very much!

Wow!!! What a beautiful and relaxing location. Marija was such an amazing host with such a passion for her house and the guest apartment and rooms. The studio apartment was immaculate, everything you needed for your stay. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Molunat itself is a hidden gem avoiding the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik. If you wanted a relaxing stay in a quiet location, then this is it! Great restaurants near by and a local supermarket within walking distance too. Thankyou for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back in the very near future.

i did not had time to meet the owner we only stayed a few hours. But the place is super clean with a little attention on arrival. and the real proximity to the airport. 10 min walk. perfect

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!
