It takes about 20 minutes to Gonjiam Ski Resort/Hwadam Forest, making it the perfect base camp for ski seasons, foliage, and cherry blossom season. It takes less than 30 minutes to Everland/Caribbean Bay, so it is also good for group accommodation such as Taekwondo/Hapdo Academy. The flower barbecue at the pension is laid out with a folding table that can accommodate a total of 8 people.
