A magnificent two-room apartment on the street level of an apartment building, located on the lakefront in the center of Sotkamo. Spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Facilities for up to four adults and a small child. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a corner sofa bed and the possibility of a travel cot for children. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. A bedroom with a countertop and storage space. HDTV, fiber optic connection, WiFi. Glassed balcony, private sauna and swimming beach on the pier. Ski trails in winter. Carport.

A 40-square-metre cottage for self-catering. You can adjust the heating in the cottage yourself with electricity and/or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, there is a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner you can prepare your own meals. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = just your own traces! NOTE: Pet household & wood heating & grandma's cottage smells can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Cozy and tidy studio of 26 square meters in an apartment building built in the center of Kajaani in the '70s, within walking distance of services. The house has an elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and necessary dishes. There is no dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has a 120cm wide double bed. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
