We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

The house is located in the heart of the hilltop villages and has a superb view of Groznjan. The terrace and interior space of the house are spacious and tastefully decorated. Dragana is an attentive and responsive host to questions.

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Had a wonderful holiday! The house was perfect for us (2 families), everything you need is available, the kitchen is super equipped and especially the bedrooms are nicely furnished. There are extra bathrooms for the rooms in the upper floor. We especially enjoyed the pool very much. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful.

Mirjana and her daughter welcomed us warmly and we could feel comfortable right from the beginning. Every wish was fulfilled and the communication went smoothly, especially from the location to places such as Pula, Rovinj, Porec and that within 20-30 minutes. We will be back 100% and it was breathtakingly beautiful, especially the villa and the pool that is still heated were just OMG! Better than on the pictures, we had an incredible holiday and we were also welcomed with delicious food and homemade bread in the villa that were ready for us. Just like Mirjana and her daughter have an incredibly delicious restaurant right 2-3 houses away, which has an incredible atmosphere and the food deserves every star. We thank you very much and can only advise to book this place!

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

Lovely house in a beautiful location! Peace and opportunity for a variety of activities, ideal for two families and children of all ages. Communication with Manca was impeccable. We were welcomed by a friendly Daria, which gave our visit a warm touch and will stay in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

It was really great. There were 11 of us there with 2 small children.. We really can't complain. Ivana was always available if we had a question or similar. It was a super nice holiday in a great house. We would go back anytime.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

The house is great, every room equipped with air conditioning. Also the pool is great and is cleaned every day. You also have access to the stand with a 10-minute drive, all in all a great place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic! The villa was not only beautiful and well equipped, but also extremely clean and well maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight and gave us many relaxing hours. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first moment they made us feel welcome. They were always available for questions and had great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. We immediately felt at home in the villa and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We would book this villa again anytime and would highly recommend it. We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We had a week's holiday in villa Zoro with our three small children. We had a lovely relaxing week. Not much to do in the city! But there is a football field and playground we used daily. But it's a 10 minute drive to the nearest bigger supermarket (Lidl) We were greeted by ms. Eni, who is super sweet and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, with a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside to the stay was that it is among many ruin houses being renovated and there is an odor coming from the chicken coop next door. But we had a really lovely holiday! Check out was also super flexible where Sarah came and even had a small gift for us.

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

We stayed 6th at Villa Alloro and were very happy with everything. Maja was very helpful and accommodating. The equipment with Weber Grill and Bosch kitchen appliances was brilliant if you like to cook. The garden was large enough to play badminton or volleyball. It should be aware that you are quite close to the surrounding villas and therefore always have to be considerate, which was no problem at all. The location is a little more remote but by car you can reach everything from shopping, eating out or activities without problems between 10-40 minutes. Value for money was great. We would come back:)

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed at the beautiful villa with 4 kids, 2 adults and a dog for a week. The area is wonderfully quiet, the grounds are great fenced and dog could run free everywhere. Pool is an absolute highlight, big, clean and well maintained. Villa is just brilliant. One of the nicest houses we had ever rented. Stylishly decorated. The kitchen really has everything and more. We were very well welcomed by Sejila and she was mega sweet and is the best host we know. Nearby great cities such as Pazin, Pula and dream beaches that are very private. The garden is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We used campfires and also the ingenious outdoor kitchen was a gift. Fig tree in the garden with delicious fruits. It is definitely a dream house with dream hosts who take care of their guests so lovingly. You have to drive a few minutes to the supermarket but because the area is so beautiful, it's no problem.
