A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

By car, you can reach Vienna’s many attractions in 15–30 minutes.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
