Here real vintage charm meets modern comfort – many original preserved elements tell from earlier, while your stay still remains relaxed and uncomplicated. Although the train station is very close, you can enjoy peace and quiet with us through clever development. Vienna city centre can be reached in just 40 minutes by train, the city limits are only 15 minutes away by car, and Vienna Airport is 45 minutes away.

Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. Location: Quiet and safe residential area, just a 10-minute walk to the Danube Island, and Vienna city centre is also quick and easy to get to. The bus stop is just a few steps from the house. By car, you can reach Vienna’s many attractions in 15–30 minutes.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
