New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Here are opportunities for long walks along the water and in the cottage area itself. The house is located on a cozy natural plot that can be enjoyed from inside the house. House interior: Entrance. Bedroom with 1.5-person bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Exit to large wooden terrace. In addition, 2 annexes with 1.5 person beds. Possibility of shopping nearby.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
