Access through the garage available to guests for a small car. Private parking in front of the garage. Wifi available. Welcome to Maison du Rieu! This home offers a beautiful bright space with atypical architecture. You are in the countryside, close to major cities. The surroundings offer beautiful walking or cycling tours along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Kortrijk or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.

A proximité du centre de gestion 59 pour les concours (10min à pied), et du stade Pierre Mauroy pour les concerts et événements sportifs (20min à pied ou 5 min en voiture).

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

We have renovated this farmhouse and we are happy to provide our studio located on the floor of our house. We hope to offer you a cosy little cocoon. We will be happy to share our family life with you, with our two children Suzanne, 5 years old, Gustave, 10 years old, our cat Georgette and our chickens.
