Apartment holiday rentals in Kos

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you for being such a hospitable host!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Kos. Das Apartment war für uns als kleine Gruppe ideal. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und es war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, da man vieles im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch ein späterer Check out war kein Problem. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.

We really loved our stay at Irene’s place, it was clean and tidy. Just the perfect size for two people :) walkable to get to all the tourist places and right in the heart of the kos old town <3 We loved Kos and would highly recommend this airbnb to those coming to Kos

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Очень рекомендую всем, невероятно красивая, уютная квартира, хозяева этой квартиры это просто отдельная тема, они через пару минут общения стали родными, помогли с вызовом такси, накормили завтраком. Если можно было бы дать оценку больше 5, это было бы 100.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Antimachia. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral von Kos: man ist in 2 Minuten am Flughafen, in 5 Minuten in Mastichari, 20 Minuten in Kos, 10 Minuten in Kardamena. Von dem Flughafen ist nichts zu hören, da die Flugzeuge nicht über das Dorf fliegen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer: 1x Doppelbett und 2x Einzelbetten. Das wäre mein Verbesserungsvorschlag: auf den Fotos im Inserat sieht man das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht 😉 Es gibt ein Willkommenspaket mit diversen Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken. Es empfiehlt sich, erst in die Wohnung zu gehen und danach einkaufen zu gehen, falls man dann überhaupt noch etwas benötigt 😉 Panagiotis ist stets zur Stelle und hilft, gibt Infos, wo er kann. Seine Frau ist auch sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um die Wohnungen. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was für uns genial war. Kommen sicherlich wieder 😊

Ioannis è davvero una bella persona, è stato molto ospitale, cortese e disponibile. La posizione della casa è strategica per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alle spiagge più belle del sud e dell'ovest, a nostro pare imperdibili. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento perché le indicazioni su Maps di Airbnb non erano precise.

Εξαιρετικός και άνετος χώρος με εκπληκτική θέα. Χρειάζεσαι σίγουρα αμάξι καθώς είναι σε απόμακρο κ υψηλό σημείο, όμως έχεις όλη τη θάλασσα στο μπαλκόνι σου. Η Kate κ ο κ.Ανδρέας φιλικοτατοι κ εξυπηρετικοί. Όποτε χρειάστηκα κάτι η απάντηση ήταν άμεση. Το κυριότερο δε είναι pet friendly κάτι που αναζητούν όσοι διαθέτουν κατοικίδια! Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Site und liegt etwas höher. Es gibt eine tolle Aussicht und hat einen Gemeinschaftspool. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. In der Unterkunft gab es alles was Mann braucht, Föhn Waschmaschine Handtücher etc.

Çok huzur verici bir ev bayıldım! Manzara ve bahçesi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Sakinlik arıyorsanız çok doğru bir seçim. Ben tek kaldım ama evde 2-3 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir ve tertemizdi boyası yeni yapılmış mutfak oldukça büyük ve pratik yemek yapmak isterseniz rahatlıkla yapabilirsiniz her şey mevcut. Yatak odası büyük ve konforlu, 3 kapılı bir dolap var. Hem salonda hem yatak odasında klima var. İnternet hızı çok iyi evden çalışanlar için benim gibi. Ben bunu avantaj olarak goruyorum ama yinede belirtmek isterim ki eve ulaşım için bir çok merdiven var günlük sporunuzu yapmış oluyorsunuz ☺️ Ev bi tepenin üstünde araba şart ve arabayla 1dklik mesafede Migros, fırın, lokanta, kuaför var. Arabayla gümüşlük 7dk, yalikavak marina 12dk, merkez de 35dk. Zoe gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi burda olmamasına rağmen çok güzel ilgilendi her şey mükemmeldi, ayrica zafer bey’de her ihtiyacim olduğunda geldi çok teşekkür ederim 🙏🏼 tekrar Bodruma gelirsem mutlaka yine Zoe’nin evinde kalm

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!

Wunderschöne, ruhige Hotelanlage, 5min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Die Angestellten waren extrem nett, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Die Angestellten hatten immer eine positive Austrahlung! Das Essen beim Pool war sehr gut! Ich empfehle vorallem die Milk-Shakes 🥤 Ein besonderer Highlight: Die süssen Katzen, die die Gäste begrüssen und sich gerne streicheln lassen 😁
