Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

Είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος σε ένα ιστορικό πέτρινο κτίριο 200 ετών που ανακαινίστηκε μόνο με πέτρα και ξύλο και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλο τον εξοπλισμό κουζίνας , τουαλέτας και ντουζ. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία με μια απίθανη θέα και ηλιοβασίλεμα τόσο από εσωτερικά με θέα από το παράθυρο πάνω στην θάλασσα όσο και εξωτερικά από την αυλή. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Beautiful studio in Kos city center and just a few meters from the beach. it is located just in the center of Kos town, 2 min walk to the beach and 5min walk to the shops, restaurants, cafe, market of Kos town . Ground floor, very convenient area and very comfortable living, with aircontioning, equipped kitchen for cooking meals,T .V with local channels, washing machine, comfortable bathroom with shower, wardrobe. Τhe house is in the center of city kos,120 metres from the sea.It is located on a traditional paved road with trees and 5 -10 minutes on foot from the city's market, close to banks, shops, and attractions.270 meters from the house is the Orfeas Summer Cinema.The house has two courtyards, a front and a back covered,with tables and chairs and a barbecue.Αlso it is very brigh and quite cool.Two bikes are also available for guests.
