Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The apartment Madeleine is located in close proximity to the sea in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. The complex consists of a vacation home with a comfort apartment of the upscale category on the upper floor and a large garden plot. The apartment can be reached via an external staircase that leads to a small balcony. It is also equipped with a sauna and is ideal for families with up to two children.

The holiday apartment Meereskind Usedom in Kölpinsee is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.

You enter through your separate entrance via a spacious staircase in the long hallway of your apartment. From there, the respective rooms, reading & storage room for luggage, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room are easily accessible.

Our cozy apartment is just 200m from the beach in the quiet family bathroom Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-kept old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can also be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys as well as a small holiday library for the parents.

Towels and linens are included and are free of charge.
