Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
