A newly renovated spacious studio apartment with a glazed balcony, located in the lush landscapes of Puijonlaakso, next to Kysin and the university. From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful views over Savilahti. Barrier-free access to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Villa Juurus deer hut

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful cottage of 55m² and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace available. Close to good fishing, berry picking and outdoor areas. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The tenant has access to a paddle board and rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Cozy studio in the Archipelago City

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Welcome to a spacious and cozy two-room apartment in Kettula Bay, Kuopio! The apartment has its own entrance and flexible check-in thanks to the key box. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with a high-quality Tempur mattress, and the living room has a sofa bed and two separate single beds – there is enough space for a larger group. The air heat pump, which provides cooling, increases living comfort. There is a free parking space in the yard and pets are warmly welcome.

Summergottage at Suvasvesi lake in Vehmersalmi

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.
