In the vicinity of the cottage you will find berry and mushroom forests. This cottage is not disturbed by electrical appliances, but the necessary energy is produced by the power of the sun. The atmosphere is created by a cozy fireplace in the cottage and what is more wonderful than brewing your morning coffee unhurriedly with a traditional wood stove. A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. Next to the main cottage, there is a summer sleeping cabin with stunning panoramic lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).

By elevator you will get e.g. to K-Market, a food restaurant, flower shop, etc. services.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Traditional Cottage by the lake, Sauna

The cottage is located at the bottom of the bay, in the heart of Savo, in the village of Kosula in Tuusniemi, on the shores of the clean Lake Juojärvi. The beach is child friendly and shallow. There has never been blue-green algae in the lake. Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited.
