This beach house is in the middle but still on the side, right on the beach of Pikku-Kukkanen in the magnificent heritage landscape of Nastola's church village. You have an outdoor hot tub. The sandy beach opens to the evening sun, the plot is sunny all day. The house was used for retail trade in 1906-1928 and the village's tanner made the necessary leather accessories for the people of Nastola. Nearby is the Pajulahden Urheiluopisto with its adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus connection to the city are only 600 m away.

You are stepping into a journey through time to Finnish modernism at Sunila Vintage Apartment, in the house Mäntylä, which was completed in 1937 in the Sunila area designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

A six-person hot tub on the terrace adds to the comfort of your vacation. You can get there by car and by boat. It is also possible to launch your own boat.

There is one bedroom with a 120cm bed, a well equipped kitchen, electric sauna, shower and toilet in the cottage, and the tapwater is drinkable. You have acces to the cottages own beach with pier and a rowingboat at your use. You can also rent a separate wood heated beach sauna that you can rent for 50€.
