This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Bauwagen direkt an der Havel

Unser liebevoll ausgebauter Bauwagen steht unmittelbar an der Havel in der Nähe von Rathenow. Als Familie bauen wir gemeinsam einen historischen Dreiseithof zu einem Regionalhof aus, bald dann mit Ferienwohnungen, Hofladen, Hofcafé, Eventlocation und Co-Working-Space. Auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Ziegelei soll mit dem „Albertinenhof“ ein Ort für Erholung, Naturerfahrung und Bildung entstehen. Lernt während eures Aufenthaltes das Projekt kennen oder genießt einfach den Natur- und Sternenpark.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In Schweinrich am motorbootfreien Dranser See liegt das romantische Ferienhaus „Landlust“ mit idyllischem großen Garten, nur 100 Meter von der Badestelle entfernt. Es gibt ein Bootshaus mit eigenem Steg. Kanu, Kajaks und Segeljolle (Segelkenntnisse erforderlich) können gemietet werden. Remise mit Weitblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang wurde hochwertig ausgestattet. Fussbodenheizung mit Eichendielen, Kamin, hochwertige Badausstattung (Wanne + Dusche). Die Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine zu bieten. The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Historisches Kleinod mit Charakter

Als professionelle Geigenbauer haben wir Sinn für's Detail. In unserer Gästewohnung vereinen sich stilgetreue barocke Elemente aus der Entstehungszeit des Hauses mit einer möglichst modernen Ausstattung. Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.

Ferienhaus „Fährblick“

Wir (Linda, Flori, Kind, Kind und Hund) wohnen in der schönen Kleinstadt Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe befindet sich ca. 75 Km von Berlin entfernt und ist optimal mit dem Zug erreichbar. Im Jahr 2013 hatten wir die Möglichkeit ein Grundstück direkt am Wasser zu erwerben. Neben unserem nun vollständig saniertem Einfamilienhaus, befindet sich ebenfalls das unmittelbar am Wasser gelegene Ferienhaus auf dem Grundstück, was nun ebenfalls teilsaniert wurde.
