Cozy villa on 2 floors, with its own saltwater pool and circulation for light heating. The pool is used between April and October, and there is a convenient decking around it. The Jacuzzi is open all year round, with a water temperature of around 40 degrees. A large yard with cherry trees and greenery. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. There is a shop in the village for the most necessary things. The town of Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.

Nice wooden house, big backyard with a pool. There is a river nearby. Nearby restaurants(5-6km), market(1km), small monasteries. Ideal for rest, but for active holladay too, a lot of hiking ground around. Playground for small children. There is also a grill for barbeque outside in the yard. On the inside there is a full supply kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dinning area with adjustable big bed and a living are with smart tv and a fireplace. It is up for 8-10 people max. And we are pet friendly!
