Unique and family-friendly summerhouse. The house consists of two bedrooms and a large and spacious kitchen/living room. The terrace is large and surrounded by a fenced garden - suitable for dogs and children. The garden has become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house is heated with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the cottage and 10 minutes away is restaurant Tinggården. The area is characterised by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance.

Cozy annex with private kitchen and bathroom. There is a bedroom with 1 1/2-person bed. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. (Travel bed/triptrap chair can be borrowed). The house is located near Tisvilde Hegn - i.e. in scenic surroundings. In addition, you can cycle to Tisvildeleje beach. Walking distance to shopping - grocery store, bakery and café. 8 km. To Helsinge and 7 km. To Frederiksværk city. Easy to get to the house with public bus lines. Bicycles can be borrowed. Guests over 2 people cost 100 per person per day.

The house is unique at the top with a view to Arresø and Roskilde fjord, as well as peaceful fields with grazing animals. 3 good bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds. In the loft, there is room for two people on mattresses. The lovely large living and dining room is ideal for cozy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. 100 meters away is a small farm shop, and only 500 meters away is a private beach plot.

Tree house 6 meters up - fully heated

Welcome to our cozy wooden hut, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that becomes a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional extras: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). Calendar opens continuously!

It's 5 minutes to the protected dune and heather area of Melby exaggerated, with a great nature for great experiences, with lots of hiking, running, and biking routes. Get min. walking distance to many great eateries for every taste. There are electric kettle hot plates so you can make a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate after a great trip.

The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
