Kremser accommodation in a quiet location with garden

There is a nice property in a quiet location about 2 km away from stone, art mile, Danube University and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can accommodate to max. 6 guests. The location in the Alauntal valley, surrounded by forest and stream, captivates with seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no mobile phone network in the house and bad mobile phone network in the garden. For athletes there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful cycling routes (wheel room available).

In the middle of the orchard, it says: our vacation home in Schwallenbach/ 5 min to Spitz Zentrum. The Danube with fine sandy beach in front of the door (40m) - the vineyards behind the house. There is room for 4 people - the house has recently been refurbished. On 2 floors you will find: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, wonderful view & balcony - 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet - cozy living-dining kitchen with beautiful terrace & view to the Danube. Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

kremsoase: amazing view

The kremsoase is a family-run guesthouse in the middle of the old town since 2023. Below the Piarist Church and located directly on the World Heritage Trail, we offer three apartments with fantastic views of Krems, Stein and the Wachau. Amazing View is located on the upper floor, has a size of 85sqm and a great sun terrace with views. Sunny and bright, quiet - and yet absolutely central. Recommended for 4 adults or a family with up to three kids.

Vacation home in the Wachau

We have a 100 m² apartment overlooking Göttweig Abbey. We are easily accessible by all means of transportation. There is a free parking place for the car, the Furth-Palt train stop is 500 m away, we are located directly on the Danube bike path. The shuttle parking space to the various major events (Göttweig, Wachau) is 3 minutes away by car. A supermarket with attached cafe (with various breakfast offers) as well as a gas station are close by.

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in Wachau. Idyllic location, located in the middle of the vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube bike path, so the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, cozy walks, hikes along the World Heritage Site and much more. The apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! dogfriendly :-)

This stylish accommodation is perfect for a few days trip to the beautiful Wachau. With a magnificent view of Dürnstein and plenty of space, you can stay very well. The winery includes a Buschenschank work (Heuriger) that has opened the saisional and hardly leaves a culinary wish open. Whether on hikes, bike rides or walks, there is plenty to discover in the Wachau World Heritage Site.
