Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Treetops

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

This sun-drenched, spacious holiday home features a fireplace, a free-standing bathtub, antique parquet flooring and private parking. Owned by an art collector, Kalsdorf Castle is an architecturally unique property and its grounds are dotted with sculptures and installations. It is conveniently located en-route between Graz and Vienna, amidst Styria's volcanic springs & spas.

My house is located in Vulkanland (Route 66 starts about 5 km away). On the one hand, there are well-known stops such as the Zotter chocolate experience world, the Fromagerie – Gölles for fine brandy and fine vinegar, and the Vulcano ham factory near Riegersburg. You'll love my place because of its quiet location, rustic ambience, and outdoor space. My place is good for families (with children), groups of up to 8 people. Solo travellers or couples are also welcome.

Modernly equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Two bedrooms, large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, pine sauna with views. Two bathrooms, two toilets, two sunny terraces with views of the southeastern Styrian hill landscape.

Bring the whole family and relax in this special, quiet and spacious accommodation. A stair lift and accessible bathrooms make this place barrier-free. You will find a climbing castle, sandbox, parking spaces for bicycles, toys and books. Ride your bike to the seaside resort or visit the castle.
