The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.
