The house is located on a self-contained plot of land measuring just under 400 m². Built in timber and equipped with a large terrace, it offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday on Lake Constance. Altnau offers you plenty of nature, but thanks to its proximity to Kreuzlingen/Constance, it also boasts a wide range of culinary and cultural options.

Drop your anchor and enjoy a few days in Scherzingen at the Lake Constance! We, the Andenmatten family, rent our stylish and beautifully furnished studio. It is at ground level and can be reached via a separate entrance door. The bathroom has a shower and a fireplace can be lit in the living / sleeping area. The bright kitchen with dining area is well equipped. The studio can accommodate 2 people. Floor heating in winter and a patio in summer sweeten the stay.

Enjoy the walking distance to Konstanz in a unique duplex apartment! In the countryside and yet central. The lake, the lago and the old town, as well as the Kreuzlinger Boulevard or the carousel are minutes away on foot. Shopping - until 9 pm is possible daily. Despite the proximity of the residential car and main house, there is a pleasant private space. The complex is very simple and the walk through the chicken farm to the external toilet is not for everyone. Gottlieben is a wonderful place to stay: cafe, restaurant, bathing place. Great connection to Konstanz: ship, bicycle, on foot.
