Flott hus med egen kai og naust. Eiendommen har også egen utendørs Sauna . Masse utstyr som kan brukes som sykler, pizza-ovn i naustet, bålpanne ved sjøen, inkludert en båt (6 hk). Huset er ellers fullt utrustet med alt du trenger. Kort avstand til Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen og Geiranger.Her skapes ro og god stemning for alle. God parkeringsplass. Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

The house is spacious and comfortable. There are many interesting places to see in our area, both for adults and children. Feel peace and relaxation in this idyllic paradise. Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt vakker utsikt innover mot Tresfjorden og bratte fjell. Stedet ligger på solsiden av fjorden. Det er kort vei til Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde og Ålesund. Fantastiske turmuligheter og naturopplevelser finnes i nærområdet. Privat strand hører med. Rorbuen har hems I tillegg til de to soverommene. Hemsen har to madrasser på 120cm x 200cm. Der finnes fryser. Det er varmepumpe til oppvarming og til avkjøling.
