Welcome to our newly renovated house in scenic Olofström. The house is 2.5 km from the center with shops and a nice playground for the kids. There are forests and nature with fishing, canoe rental, hiking and mountain bike trails and swimming areas. Olofström Municipality has been named the Outdoor Municipality of the Year for 2 years in a row and is located in Sweden's southernmost wilderness. There is still some gardening and ground work to be done outside the house. On the property, there are also some animals, a yarn shop and the host's residence. Welcome!

Newly built cottage near the sea

Welcome to a newly-built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 meters from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

Guest house within walking distance to the beach

Annex from the turn of the century on two floors. Patio with wooden deck, lawn and small pool (June-August). Bedroom upstairs with double bed, as well as a social area with sofa. Lower level with a smaller kitchen, small fridge and bathroom with shower and another social room/dining room with table and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. There is room for another child or youth on the upper floor. Not suitable for small children due to steep stairs. Walking distance to the beach as well as the center/harbor with shops, etc.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Nestled in the beautiful East Skåne countryside, our charming horse farm is near central Hässleholm and the train station, making it a great travel hub with direct trains to Copenhagen, Malmö, and Österlen. Our cozy guest house has six beds: a double bed, a single bed, and a loft with three beds. (Two bedrooms) It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. Enjoy nearby hiking trails and Finja Lake for fishing. Well-behaved dogs and horses are welcome.
