You will find peace and relaxation in this cosy 52 m² basement apartment. It is located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 m from your flat. The flat was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You can get the keys from a key box.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Arrive, switch off and feel good! Welcome to the lovingly furnished 54 m² apartment on the first floor of the house. The ideal base for relaxing days – whether it's a city trip, a holiday by the Baltic Sea or a business stay. Enjoy the beautifully designed terrace area in the garden. You can park for free right by the house. You can reach the Edeka in a few minutes on foot. From the main train station, you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).
