The Jacuzzi is open all year round, with a water temperature of around 40 degrees. A large yard with cherry trees and greenery. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. There is a shop in the village for the most necessary things. The town of Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.
