This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Villa Dunja, Loborika, family house with pool

Villa Dunja is located in a quiet location with a private pool near Pula. This beautiful accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people and is 10 km from the sea. You can walk to the restaurant, market and cafe bar. The villa covers more than 500m2 of the yard and 130m2 of the house. In the private garden there is a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a barbecue with garden furniture and an outdoor table. The whole house is air-conditioned and has a free Wi-Fi connection.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Sea View Apartment-5min walk to the beach

Apartment located in Banjole, 5 km from the centre of Pula. The apartment is just 200 meters from the Del Mar / Pod Lion beach. On the way from the apartment to the beach is our olive grove with 100 olive trees. Nearby are the restaurants Teza, Batelina, Terra Istriana, Pizzeria Nina, Hotel Del Mar, bakery and market with home-made fruit and vegetables. The Cintinera beach is 700 meters away.

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
