Toạ lạc ở một vị trí độc lập khu dân cư nên rất yên tĩnh và an ninh, có hàng rào và cổng rào nên tạo không gian riêng biệt cho khách. Homestay được quản lý bởi một gia đình rất hiếu khách và có thể nói Tiếng Anh nên rất tiện lợi cho khách nước ngoài lưu trú!
