This house is located just 3km from Parikia, the central port and capital. It is on a hill with stunning views of the sea and the port of Paroikia, well protected from the northern summer winds. The closest beach (Martsello) is only a 10 minute walk away. It has two spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and A/C, a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and plenty of outside space, including a shared pool. Stable 50MB WiFi The house is child friendly with stair safety gates and cots!

Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

The house is a traditional Cycladic house, situated in Delio,Paros.The villa has a very nice lay out and is ideal for couples .It is comprised of one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a single bed/sofa. It also has a fully equipped. The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. Outside, the 300sq.m veranda provides unobstructed view of the Aegean sea and the port of Paros. Restaurants and mini markets are 5 minutes by car and so is the main town of Paroikia.
