Holiday rentals with beach access in Ksamil

I personally believe picture isn’t making justice to how beautiful this apartment is. It’s very sleek and gorgeous. Super clean and has a lot of picture space and aesthetic for a content creator. Also it’s right in front of a big supermarket. I love everything about this apartment.

Im traveling a lot and have to say that this was my best experience by far. Not just with AirBnB! It feels very luxurious and leveraged the trip to a different level. Arli was so helpful from the beginning. Nothing i could have missed. Its definitely a one of a kind apartment with one of the most beautiful views in Saranda. Everything is nearby including a small shop where you can get everything you need for your stay. Long story short: - luxurious private space - everything matches or exceeds any expectations - parking space / private closed parking garage -> super save! Im so happy we chose Arlis Apartment, it definitely made my trip unforgettable. Thanks Arli for making everything perfect 👍🏼

Top Great place to stay in a good location and convenient Very nice and responsive host Parking under the residence! Checkout at 9:00 am is a little early for vacationers on the other hand I recommend it though!

Joanna's place is a perfectly located apartment with all the comforts. An apartment with a beautiful view of the sea right from the living room and bedroom; very clean, bright and equipped with all the necessary accessories. Nearby is a beautiful neighborhood, both visually and infrastructureally attractive. Absolutely phenomenal place! Joanna is a lovely and communicative host.

Our stay at this apartment was just great. The whole apartment is sparkling clean, very well equipped and the view of the sea spectacular. Marjust is an exemplary host who responded quickly to our questions, who welcomed us warmly and gave many good tips for the area and restaurants. Those who want to spend a few days in Saranda are very well taken care of here. We would come back anytime.

I could not ask for a better location! Spending 3 months at this location and it is perfect for one person or a couple. Very easy to find the apartment, it’s very clean, and it’s private. Andrei is by far on the most responsive apartment owners I have ever worked with. The apartment is across the street from an Italian pizzeria, and a few other restaurants. If you don’t mind walking, you can walk down to the boardwalk and explore. I walk down and up multiple times a day and I love it because the apartment is away from all the city noise but a very short walk away to everything. The view from the balcony and bedroom are my favorite! I spend everyday out on the balcony rain or shine. You can see Corfu Greece directly in front of you, and other islands of Greece. Open the doors to the balcony and let fresh air in and just relax to the sound of the Adriatic Sea. During the night you’ll also get clear views of the moon, stars, and the city. Also the sunsets are beautiful!

The location and ambience were amazing. We woke up every day to views of the sea and Albanian mountains…….. We could not have found a better place to relax and recharge. Electric blankets were wonderful for chilly nights and the gas heater, once mastered, did its job well. If there is any less positive comment, it might be that the wet room was uninviting - the floor never dried out the whole week. And we needed to improvise a curtain for the window. Also dishwasher not working. But none of these were more than minor irritations compared to our overall experience. We would recommend taking food for your first meal if you are arriving in the evening. It was not ideal to have to drive out after a long journey. But, thank you Victoria and Tim. This is a spot of heaven on earth! We would certainly like to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margarita’s place. She was super friendly and quick to respond. There were lots of great spots to eat nearby, and the beach was just a short walk away. The view from the balcony was amazing! We would be delighted to return.

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The balcony views were absolutely stunning. The host was amazing, even leaving us chocolates and water as a welcome gift. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful view of the sea that never gets old, apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures and has everything you need. Easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops are just on the doorstep. Slight bit of confusion with check out time but was rectified by the host straight away, he was always very response and helpful throughout

Amazing apartment in a nice quiet part of Sarandë. Meti and his family were so lovely and helpful. It was very clean and they also changed our towels half way through our stay so we had fresh ones. Great value for money!

This stay was a 10 out of 10! I read the reviews but it surpassed my expectations. Chris is an excellent host, responsive, lovely, answers all the questions, and carried my heavy luggage up the stairs. I spent a lot of time out on the patio as the view of the harbor and the water is spectacular (both day and night). The bed was comfortable, the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything, from a toaster to kettle to coffee machine to microwave. The wifi is fast and reliable (I had work to do while I was there). I loved the location as it is so close to the beach and to restaurants, shops, and markets. I took the bus to Butrint (the bus stop is a few minutes away), and it was so easy. There are ATMs and quick marts close by. Chris left great instructions and recommendations. Everything was so well-thought out by him. I thought I would like Saranda, but I adored it. I would come back here in a heartbeat (and I plan to!). It was a perfect stay. :)
