Located 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment has Wi-Fi in the city center. Many items in the house are zero. Inverter air conditioning is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There is no water problem, there is a booster. There is hot water constantly. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. I speak English fluently

Clean and Well-maintained 3+1 Apartment with Scenic

T.R. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has a Housing Permit Certificate for Rented Tourism Approved. Swallow Shopping Mall is 5 minutes away from the market place and grocery store. It is centrally located on the dolmus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.
