We were very satisfied with the very caring host and the house immaculately clean and very close to the pier and restaurants. Thank you to the host also.

It was a clean, well-maintained house very close to the center of Ayvalik. The host was kind and understanding. We were able to communicate comfortably, quickly. As a small note for those who keep the house; there are narrow streets everywhere near the center of Ayvalik and there is a parking problem. If it is here, there are places where you can find comfortable parking within 5-6 minutes walking distance next to the house for a few vehicles.

Ramazan welcomed us very shortly and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out! The apartment is modern and well equipped, so we could enjoy the week very much. The description of the apartment is very fitting and the location is really great, you can see the beach from the balcony and have restaurants within walking distance anyway. Ramazan was easy to reach with questions and helped us with an issue and was very accommodating. Thank you, we had a nice time!

The room was exactly as described, Mr. Hüseyin was very interested. The only negative thing was entering the room with shoes, but the room was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was working well, Highly recommend.

The house was as it appeared in the photos. Both Mr. Sadettin and his wife were very helpful. We really felt at home. There are some shortcomings, but I think they'll take care of it over time. Thank you so much for everything

The house was just like in the photos. It was spotless up to the sheets. There is migros next to the house. We didn't have any parking problems either. Ms. Saadet was reachable, communicative, and router. Thanks again.

A good place to stay in Cunda island. At the top of the village with a nice view and with quietness. Pity there is no hot water in the kitchen and no wifi

Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. Thanks for everything.

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.

The house was clean and as described. We were very comfortable. The location is also very central. Ms. Dilek was also very welcoming and her communication was very nice

We stayed here for 4 weeks and were extremely happy with the comfort and standard of the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and the place was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. There was also washing machine and dish washer. The pool area was beautiful and we often had this to ourselves. The sunsets each evening we’re beautiful. The apartments are located mid way between Molyvos and Petra, each were around 30 mins walk from the apartment to beaches and tavernas. The beach at Petra has plenty of free sunbeds in return for using the tavernas. There is a beautiful pastry and ice cream place 5 minutes walk towards Petra that also did coffees and alcoholic drinks. It was lovely to sit there and watch the sunset. The whole area had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely like to return here sometime and would highly recommend staying here.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The amenities of the house were also good for the price. There was parking available around it. Eleni is friendly and her needs were clear. Thank you so much

Joanna’s place was more than we expected so spacious bright clean and well equipped, I highly recommend her studio to couples or families. Joanna and her parents were super responsive helpful and kind. We would love to go back again when it’s swimming season!

Тhe house was really good, cozy, perfect view, amazing sunsets, clean and warm pool. The hostess is a smiley charming person. We had a cold white wine waiting for us as a welcome drink. They clean the place regularly and change sheets and towels. What else could e person want?!:) Evcharisto! :)
