Enjoy a peaceful and stylish experience in our private stone house, located in a central and seafront location on the Küçükkuyu coast, which will fascinate you with its magnificent historical texture, where the green of the olive and the blue of the sea meet at the foot of the Kaz Mountains. You can reach the center from our place in 8 minutes on foot from the beach, 2-3 minutes by car. You can swim in front of the house. 5 km to the famous villages of Yeşilyurt and Adatepe. It is 20 km from the ancient city of Assos. You can reach Altınoluk in 12 km and Akçay in 20 km.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other.
