The name Ariki comes from Herakliea (Hercules) in Greek. The village in the forest is just on the shore of the ancient city of Gargaron. This stone house overlooking the sea from the valley offers you the following opportunities: You can see the ruins of the ancient city of Gargaron by hiking the mountains. You can swim in the clear and cool sea two kilometers below. You can reach the ancient city of Assos, Babakale, Adatepe Zeus Altar, Ayazma-Kazdağları, Apollon Smintheion, Alexandra Troya, Bozcada, Troy Ancient city and museum for a day by car.

You will come out of the lush garden full of weeping willows, linden and fruit trees and in 40 steps, you will encounter the Aegean Sea, Lesbos Island, Sivrice Bay and a magnificent sunset view. When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. You are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants from this painting studio/home with private parking.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

Assos My Stone Home Village Home with Nature/Deni view

A detached stone house in a private garden, 3 km from the sea, surrounded by nature, at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, in Çanakkale Assos, where you can stay peacefully and safely with your family. The garden floor apartment and garden are completely for our guests. The upper floor of the stone house is an apartment with an independent entrance from above, where family members stay at certain times.
