I will add that we do not have internet in our apartment, only terrestrial television. I encourage you to ask questions. :)

At your disposal is a very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, two rooms, but most importantly, the care of the owner who lives just behind the wall. Duszniki offers hiking and mountain trails, mineral water pump rooms, a historic church, and libraries. In summer, the Chopin Festival and in winter, skiing. It's a 10 minutes by tram or 25 minutes walk to the centre (Arkady)Although a tram stop is close by, this is an incredibly quiet and peaceful place. Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Welcome to a charming apartment on the 1st floor of a historic tenement house with a 130-year-old princely ceiling! The apartment is functionally divided into a living room and a bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The living room has a sofa bed, a bio fireplace, a smart TV with Netflix and a dining table for 4 people. The apartment is located in the very center of the old town, 3 minutes to Ostrów Tumski, 15 minutes walk to the market!

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

The independent (entrance from the garden) Norbu apartment located on the ground floor of the house in a quiet residential district of Kudowy Zdrój consists of: a room with two single beds and a bathroom, a room with a double bed, a TV and a bathroom, and an equipped (fridge, electric kettle, two-point electric stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, basics - sugar, salt, tea) kitchenette. We use safety measures according to sanitary regime guidelines.
