Wir waren das zweite mal ihr Gäste und für uns ist es wie ein nach Hause kommen. Wir fühlen und dort wohl, geniessen immer wieder den tollen Ausblick. Lucksamon ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

遇见Uma是我的幸运，房东热情而且细心为我们准备了很多惊喜，得到至上的招待，房东妈妈时常送来美味甜点，吃到皇家美味。房间位置面对泳池，可以在阳台上喝上一杯Uma为我们准备的咖啡开启美好的一天。布草很优秀质量很好毛巾柔软洁白。我下次还要住在Uma家她就像我远房亲戚一样。感谢Uma她是泰兰德的骄傲！

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer schnell, äußerst hilfsbereit und engagiert. Er hat stets versucht, bei allem zu helfen und alles bestmöglich zu organisieren. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der tolle Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Detail, das wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Allerdings wurde dies durch die fantastische Hausdame mehr als wettgemacht: Sie hielt das Haus täglich blitzsauber und verwöhnte uns zudem mit ihren großartigen Kochkünsten (da sich die Koch-Küche außerhalb des Hauses befindet), – wirklich ein Highlight! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ruhig, keine Touristen (wenn dann nur einer einheimische Touristen) und trotzdem alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Insgesamt war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben, top – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

The accommodation is beautiful and luxurious. It has every amenity you can imagine. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants. Traveling is very convenient. The owner of the room is friendly and ready to help in every way at all times. Highly recommended.

The area is nice and relaxed. It’s close to the beach and there are several restaurants around. A huge advantage is the resort’s offer of free bicycles, which easily allow reaching the nearby shops like 7eleven, a bakery, etc. and also the local markets. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped - especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and perhaps return some day!

The host was very accommodating, we had a last minute special request and they took care of it on a short notice. Very easy to communicate and helpful. House is a cool mixture of vibrant colors and Thai style architecture. Family friendly and pet friendly too! A cozy place to hang out and in walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful two week stay here. Laurence is a fantastic host, very proactive and responsive. Loved the open feel and style of her bungalow, and the floor to ceiling windows. Great outside seating area, and lovely pool. Everything you would ever need for cooking, it’s a very well thought out kitchen! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The only negative is the fact that these villas are jam packed into a very small development. You will hear her neighbors and apparently, they will hear you. So just be aware, and be respectful. It’s the closest knit housing development we’ve ever stayed in. It’s immaculate and very well kept. You’ll see the kind gardeners and crew that works at the villas, they’re all very hard working. We loved them! Enjoy, it’s out of town, but it’s close to the smaller beach and the Anchor bar. Highly recommend!
