Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful accommodation. It's a great place to stay for both travelers and work people. The home has a secluded and large yard that can accommodate larger cars. There is a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can see the northern lights. The centre of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus Village 127 km. My family and I live in the same yard. Stay in the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small,tidy with everything you need. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.
