The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

It is equipped with a double bed (187cm/125cm updated March 2025) and an extra pull out bed ( that turns into a dining area), clothes cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, 12V refrigerator, gas stove, indoor shower, portable toilet, fresh and gray water deposit. It is powered by a 330wp solar panel with 1kw 12/24w inverter . There is also a 12V roof-vent and a diesel heater.
