Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

An infinity pool appears to blend into the horizon, framed by a wooden deck and surrounded by lush greenery. A fire pit area is situated nearby, providing a cozy outdoor gathering spot. The stunning views overlook the serene waters of Kvarner Bay and distant hills.
