On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Das neu renovierte Studio befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang und Privatsphäre. Ein schöner Sitzplatz im Garten lädt zum Verweilen in der Sonne ein. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Küsnacht, 7min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo alle 10min ein Zug nach Zürich fährt. Zum Bellevue sind es mit dem Zug nur 10min. Zum Park am See ist es ein 10min Spaziergang.

In this cosy accommodation you will spend a great time. Lake view and all around view of the countryside. The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
