U prizemlju je dnevna soba s blagovaonicom, kuhinja, kupaonica s WC-om, prostorija saune, a u potkrovlju dvije spavaće sobe i predsoblje (ukupno 105 m2). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.

Vendégházunk Szattán, egy apró őrségi faluban található. A házikóhoz tartozik egy szauna, kicsi kert tűzrakóhellyel, közvetlenül a ház alatt pedig a falu gyümölcsöskertje terül el. A konyha sütővel, főzőlappal, kis hűtővel, kotyogós kávéfőzővel és vízforralóval felszerelt. A főzéshez és étkezéshez minden szükséges eszközt megtaláltok. The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
