One pet is allowed (pet fee 2,000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. It is on the second floor of a two-family home. It is in a quiet residential area, but it is conveniently located along the road leading to Hokkaido University. The nearest subway station is a 13-minute walk, and the bus stop to Sapporo Station, Odori, and Kitadai is within a 5-minute walk. The entrance and staircase are shared because the owners live on the 3rd floor. The room is located on the second floor, up the stairs. There is a supermarket and convenience store about 2 minutes on foot, a drugstore (with pharmaceutical sales) open until 24 hours on foot, and a 24-hour Max Value, so there is almost no trouble shopping. If you are sick, a general hospital is also about 15 minutes on foot. An ambulance can also arrive in 5 minutes. Consecutive nights are possible. If you wish in advance, you can also barbecue together in the courtyard on a sunny day. We can also cook together.

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. There are 4 Shiki Koyuki houses, each have three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage.The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guest are more than 6.

Koyuki 4 - 3 bedroom Townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Each Shiki Koyuki town house has three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

The nearest spots are Niseko Ski Resort, Onsen (hot springs), rafting, autumn foliage spots, etc. Use this as a base to enjoy Niseko. Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car. Please come by car. Rooms are bunk bed rooms. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet. Shower is shared. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.

Kabayama Townhouse #4 *4WD Van no longer included

Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.

Avalon C

Avalon consists of two 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouses and one larger 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. Located in lower Hirafu village with access to the free shuttle bus. Modern and spacious interiors with a drying area for ski gear. Avalon is a good option for families or groups of friends who want to stay in luxury without the price tag.

Nitai B - 5 bedroom Duplex Niseko

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Nitai is a spacious duplex in the Izumikyo neighbourhood. Nitai A & B are identical 5 bedroom homes that sleep up to 12 guests. Both units come with fully equipped kitchens, IH stove tops, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and much more.
